The Quiet Aisle is an independent guide. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a reseller of Anthropic or Claude. Your use of Claude is governed by Anthropic's terms, which we recommend you read. We cannot guarantee that Claude's outputs are accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your wedding — always review anything before you act on it.
The guide is educational. It is not legal advice, tax advice, financial advice, nutritional advice, or therapy. If you have a dispute with a vendor, talk to a lawyer. If your caterer is negotiating a tax situation, talk to an accountant. If your wedding is bringing up hard feelings, talk to someone qualified.
We built this carefully. We use it ourselves. But to the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for anything connected to the guide is limited to the amount you paid us — $20. We are not responsible for wedding-day outcomes, vendor disputes, family arguments, ruined cakes, rain, or decisions you made based on something Claude wrote.
If we change these terms in a way that meaningfully affects your rights, we'll email you. For everything else (typo fixes, clarifications), we'll just update the "last updated" date.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that can't be resolved over email will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
